My Morning Routine

I am such a morning person!  I love nothing more than getting up at 5am and hitting the gym before everyone is awake.  It’s amazing how much you can accomplish before 9am!


Another aspect of my morning that helps me hit the ground running early, is my beauty routine.  Something simple & easy yet results based.  I have spent many years finding products that work and this is the most effective combination I have found – so I’m sharing it with you below.

BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS 🤘🏻

My morning shake:

  • 1 banana
  • Half cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tsp @gustoherbs smoothie booster (I like ‘Energy’)
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 scoop pea protein powder
  • Purified water
  • Almond milk
  • Ice

Blend together and enjoy!
