Last week, my other half took part in a 135m abseil – face first down the skyscraper @ 1 Market Place in the Sydney CBD.  I would have loved to participate but unfortunately I am a massive sook when it comes to heights!!  Kai couldn’t wait to volunteer to take my place, so I sent him over the side of the building as part of the INVESTA Abseil for Youth fund raiser. They were also looking to set the record for front first descents.

The abseil was part of a fundraising event for the Triple Care Farm helping youth with a range of issues such as substance abuse and mental illness. You can donate here: www.sdmf.org.au
