One of my first lessons in the world of styling was based around the classic combination of denim & a white shirt/tee. A classic white shirt doesn’t need to be just for the office- why not go for a dressed down casual look or dress it up and take it out.

I always suggest selecting a shirt that has an interesting detail or something a little different to ensure versatility. For a casual twist, match your shirt back with a pair of well loved straight-leg or boyfriend-cut jeans. Top off this denim combo with a leather jacket for a transitional look.
To take your denim & white look up a notch, add a classic stiletto or a strappy coloured heel. Finish off with statement necklace and a coloured lip.
