Mercedes Benz Fashion Weekend Edition saw the end to yet another spectacular Australian Fashion Week. And what a week it was! Shows, parties, multiple outfits and of course wine… Luckily one of my favourite vineyards was the major sponsor of this years event, Tempus Two.
With so much talent in our country, it was tough to pick my favourite pieces. Luckily Fashion Weekend showcased some of the best styles from each collection all on the one runway. One thing I am very glad to report is that we will continue to see bell sleeves, bold colours, silky muted tones and off the shoulder pieces gracing our shelves for some time to come.
Aje Resort 17:
Featuring their key design aesthetic of rock chick meets girly sparkle, Aje didn’t disappoint.
Bec & Bridge 17:
Comprising of warm muted tones, soft pastels and black & white, Bec and Bridge created a feminine and very on-trend show!
Misha 17 ‘Gold – The New Edition’:
Displaying their famous strong, feminine silhouettes and featuring black lace, white suiting and nude corsetry – Misha showed a somewhat more luxe feel.
What I wore:
- Thurley Parisian Lace Dress from Dress for a Night
- Linney’s bespoke 18k white gold and titanium pendant with Australian South Sea Pearls matched with 3 row Australian South Sea Pearl bracelet.
